Hi,
I would like if submitting new solution the leaderboar dwill be updated or it is frozen. I'm asing mainly because in submitting at the previous round we did the challenge maximizing the objective function instead of minimizing, so we would like to see if our first heuristics are good enough.

you are welcome and encouraged to submit-- we will update the leaderboard roughly on a weekly basis. It's not frozen:)
